MCS has been selected in the top ten companies to work for (survey conducted by Business Today) for 2005, 2003, 2002 and 2001.

ISO Accreditation
Logistics division was accredited with ISO 9001 in the year 2000 that was updated to the ISO 9000: 2000 standard in October 2003. The Tobacco Division has ISO 9000: 2001 accreditation. MCS is in the process of securing ISO accreditation for the Recekitt Benckiser Division.

Distinguished Treatment Card (Green Card)
MCS is the proud holder of Green Card from the Government for its consistent Omanisation policy, regular training program for Omanis and support to the local community.
